Colorless, lab-created diamonds larger than .70 carats are still hard to find. C5 receives a lot of inquiries from consumers wanting a 1 carat stone or larger who are often disappointed to learn that the technology just isn’t there…yet.
Below are some ideas for people who don’t want to beauty and sustainability.
- Select a three-stone ring: a very elegant, popular alternative to a solitaire.
- Use small accent stones around the border of the center stone to concentrate the sparkle to one spot.
- Choose Moissanite (beautiful in its own right) as a “place-holder” and get on the C5 waiting list.
- Set four, princess cut stones in a quadrant for the look of a single larger stone.
